RutgersWPF

Founded in 1987, RutgersWPF is aimed at improving reproductive health and ensuring reproductive rights in developing countries. RutgersWPF has implemented projects in Asia, Africa and Latin America. In 2005, RutgersWPF Indonesia established a field office in Jakarta, Indonesia in order to more effectively manage and expand its current portfolio. RutgersWPF’s Country Strategy in Indonesia focuses on improving sexuality and reproductive health services and information for young people and decreasing gender based violence. RutgersWPF Indonesia manages program of Adult Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (ASRHR) and Gender Based Violence (GBV) programs in various provinces in Indonesia. In cooperation with various local NGO partners, this program aims to first, to provide ASRHR services for young people such as adequate information on ASRHR issues, including enhancing capacity building for teachers and parents; and second to provide intervention program to prevent gender based violence with local NGO partners, and third, to mobilize advocacy program to influence decision makers to support SRHR education and GBV programs and provide adequate budget for that. Due to this project development, we are now seeking outstanding candidate talents to fill the following positions at our Jakarta Office: ACCOUNTING OFFICER (Code : AO) Task and Responsibilities 1. Petty Cash a. Payment for expenditure and advance staff based on the SOP requirement b. Refund advance staff and supplier c. Verification supporting documents based on the SOP requirement and accountancy standard d. Prepare petty cash journal periodically - Daily petty cash transaction - Advance staff during their field trip - Settlement staffs after their field trip - Monitoring & maintain account A/R and A/P which related e. Maintain the overhead expenditure book keeping are in line with each project and donor budget f. Cash opname for end of month 2. Partners a. Calculate and analyzeunspent balance for each partner b. Maintain template form A,B and D for each partner c. Budget partners: - Check the allocation budget for each partner - Book budget all partners to the system - Prepare and maintain contract for each partner - Prepare and maintain amendment or addendum contract partner if needed d. Review and analyze finance report partners (Form A,B,D and BS,PL,TB) e. Assist partners for operating Abipro software f. Book contract partners to the system g. Book advance and expense partners the system 3. Monitoring and maintain account A/R and A/P which related 4. Equipment a. Maintain list of office equipment’s 5. Others Qualifications · Fresh Graduate or Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines · Minimum 1 (one) year experience · Willing to work in gender equity working environment · Familiar with Software Application (Microsoft Office) · Possesses a strong service orientation · Able to work independently and take initiatives, but also be a team worker · Excellent in Communication Skills · Good command of English.
