The Multi Donor Facility Trade & Investment Climate (MDFTIC) is a donor funded program administrated by the World Bank and implemented by the Government of Indonesia (GOI) and the World Bank.
It is supporting the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs for capacity building and technical assistance to improve the investment climate in Indonesia.

The Project Implementation Unit Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of Republic Indonesia (PIU-CMEA)
are now invites eligible individual consultant to apply for :
- Procurement Specialist
Task : s/he will supporting the PIU (Project Implementation Unit) in the project procurement unit. It requires frequent interaction with World Bank staff and government staff members. The assignment will be initially for 9(nine) months.

Requirements :
1. Masters degree preferably or a Bachelor degree in either of Economics, Finance, or otherrelevant topics from a recognized university.
2. At leas 5years of experiencein Procurement as consultant capacity.
3. Experience in assisting governments will be an advantage.
4. Experience in the areas of project procurement in the World Bank funded Projects will be an advantage.
5. Strong communications skills, both in English and Indonesian, and supported by a strong ethical foundation are essential.
- Administration Specialist
Task: s/he will supporting the PIU on the project Administration unit. It requires frequent interaction with World Bank staff and government staff member. The assignment will be initially for 9 (nine) months.

* Bachelor degree in either of Economics, Finance, Administration or the relevant topics from a recognized university.
* At least 5 years of experience in administration as officer capacity.
* Experience in assisting governments will be an advantage.

* Strong communications skills, both in English and Indonesian, and supported by a strong ethical foundation are essential

- Trade Regulatory Expert

Requirements
* 10(ten) years of experience in working with Indonesian Government Agencies, the private sector, and international institutions related to Tariff Nomenclature.
* Knowledge on World Customs Organization (WCO), ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) and Indonesian Buku Tarif Kepabeanan, and international best practises in Customs’ clearance and cargo release;
* Holders of university degree and participations in trainings related to ICT based Customs’ clearance and cargo release;
* Experience in working with and in training groups of peers and Government Agency professionals;
