Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer YEE Project (Contract Base )(Semarang, Central Java ) Responsible for monitoring evaluation and reporting for designated project as well as monitoring and evaluating partners. Requirements: · Minimum of University degree; Bachelor degree in Social Science or Statistics is preferable · At least 2 ( two ) years in project monitoring and evaluation · Experience in writing reports and publications · Experience preferably in livelihood, microfinance project and similar project related · Ability to manage all program aspects including planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation · Having good communication and facilitation skills · Familiar with Research methodology · Good numerical, analytical and learning ability · Good computer skills ( advance ), including SPSS or any statistic related software · Good writing skill in English · Having personal integrity · Enjoy working in details All applications will be treated in confidence.
