World Neighbors, an international community development organization is seeking applicants for the position of Country Representative Indonesia. This position leads fundraising efforts and guides development of partnerships; ensures preparation of budgets and reports; and is responsible for all administrative, human resource and financial management in the countries of assignment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with 6+ years relevant experience including participatory processes, capacity building and rural community development issues.
