The Partnership for Governance Reform

The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda. The Partnership works closely with national and international community to initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable governance reform in Indonesia. The Partnership brings together the Indonesian Government, Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector with the support of the International Community in initiating a long-term process to improve governance in Indonesia in a durable way which expresses Indonesian ownership. Currently we have immediate vacancy for high caliber Indonesians with high integrity to fill the following position: Finance Officer - Budgeting, Reporting and Analysis Organizational Context: Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Finance Manager and/or Operations Director, the Finance Officer for budgeting, reporting and analysis is responsible for effective delivery of financial planning and budgeting, reporting and analysis of KEMITRAAN’s financial resources management. S/he applies the financial rules and regulations and analytical skills to provide solutions to day-to-day financial issues. The Finance Officer promotes a collaborative, client-oriented approach consistent with the KEMITRAAN’s policies and procedures. The Finance Officer supervises staff under her/his portfolio and works in close collaboration with other finance team, operations team, program and project teams and KEMITRAAN’s partners including donors. Summary of key functions: 1. Implementation of financial operational strategies 2. Budget development and control 3. Reporting and its analysis 4. Facilitation of knowledge building and sharing on financial management Recruitment Qualifications: Education: Bachelor degree (S1), in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. Experience: At least 5 years in middle management in the filed of corporate finance management and demonstrated experience in handling accounting software especially SUN System.
