UCP Roda Untuk Kemanusiaan (UCPRUK)

Training Coordinator UCP Roda Untuk Kemanusiaan (UCPRUK) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Training Coordinator. UCPRUK is an Indonesian Yayasan whom operating in partnership with an international NGO, UCP Wheels for Humanity (UCPWFH). UCPWFH has been providing wheelchairs worldwide for over 16 years. UCP Wheels for Humanity is focused on the quality of work provided internationally and the development of groundbreaking and progressive programs. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing trainings based on UCPRUK's established annual plan. The new position will report directly to the Partner and Monitoring Manager and support the recruitment, screening and coordination of new partners who will be included in UCPRUK's wheelchair provision training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : • Coordination and conduct meeting with the government, institutions, hospitals, clinics, and individuals related to introduce UCPRUK's program and available training programs • Develop relationships with potential partners and provide support in the individual recruitment of training participants • Assess and identify qualified participants for UCPRUK trainings and maintain a database of the prospective participants • Work directly with governments and NGO's to locate trainings sites and perform logistical and administrative tasks related to the implementation of trainings • Utilize existing resources to recruit individuals with disabilities to participate in the practical portion of UCPRUK trainings • Assist in developing a monitoring and evaluation plan for partners to ensure ongoing quality services for all UCPRUK partners • Other duties as assigned Qualification: • Degree in related field or 4 years working experience • Good communication skill and sensitivity to work with community, experience with Participatory Rural Appraisal tools preferable • Skill as facilitator and experience work with various stakeholder, able to facilitate and organize meeting for various stakeholder • Computer literate and data entry skill preferable • Skilled in logistical and administration work • Able to work independently as well as part of the team • Willingness to travel To Apply: Email cover letter, CV and salary history to: damai@ucpruk.org with Subject Line: Training Coordinator.
