Senior Gender Technical Advisor, USAID Gender Analysis, Indonesia Background: Social Impact (SI) is a Washington, DC-area international development management consulting firm. Objective: Social Impact is seeking a Senior Gender Technical Advisor for a proposal to USAID in response to a task order request for a Gender Analysis in Indonesia. The Senior Gender Technical Advisor will work in collaboration with USAID/Indonesia Gender POC and Program Office Point of Contact, as well as with the SGTS. S/he will be primarily responsible for conducting the desk review, interviews, site visits, and analysis and report creation. The objective of this analysis is to identify gaps between males and females as they relate to various technical areas and the analysis should include concrete recommendations on ways to mitigate gender inequality that can be integrated into the USAID Mission in Indonesia. **Please note: Preference will be given to candidates based in Indonesia** Qualifications: . An advanced degree in a relevant field is required; . A minimum of ten years of experience with donor-funded international development programs; o Specifically conducting gender assessments in Southeast Asia; . Should have significant knowledge on gender integration in developing countries o Gender experience with USAID is required; o Specific expertise in Southeast Asia and Indonesia is required. o Familiarity with USAID Gender Policy and Program Cycle, ADS regulations on gender integration and USAID required gender indicators. .
