Indonesia Business Links (IBL), a non-profit organization focusing on youth programs, business ethics, and green environment since 2001 has partnered with multinational, state-owned and domestic companies through their corporate social responsibility (CSR) as well as international donors (Plan Indonesia, USAID, International Youth Foundation, CIPE, Ford Foundation, etc) currently is seeking candidates for position on: TITLE: Field Coordinator PROJECT: Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE) LOCATION: Rembang, Central Java REPORTING TO: Deputy Youth Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible to recruit potential youth participants to the program as well as facilitate the training program in the villages or program areas JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY SPECIFICATION: 1. Conduct socialization on YEE program to the villages or program areas including the training scheme and expected output of the program for youth (get employed or open the business). 2. Conduct registration activity to the youths in the villages or program areas in order to list participants willing to participate in the training program. 3. Act as IBL representative in village level especially in introducing and updating the program to village officials. 4. Coordinate with local trainers selected in relation with training preparation as well as the training activity in the village or program areas. 5. Prepare and submit monthly recruitment and training activity plan and report to Program Manager 6. Coordinate with other IBL units in order to keep the youth program on track. 7. Do other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or IBL Executive Director WORK SCHEDULE: August 22, 2012 – August 21, 2013 (possible to extension of working period based on key performance) JOB PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERABLE: 1. Meet all requirements set out in the Job Description in accordance with Donor Agreement. 2. Monitor and evaluate outcomes and outputs of the Program – Training 3. Meet the deadline of financial and programmatic reports. 4. Meet all IBL Office Policy and accountable for the implementation of the approved budget and expenditure reporting in coordination with Program Manager KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES : 1. Strong verbal communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia 2. Ability to evaluate, implement and monitor activities and budget 3. Good knowledge of multi stakeholders communication approach 4. Strong inter-personal communication and presentation skills 5. Able to work effectively in a team, has initiatives for decision making. 6. Good knowledge on conducting baseline survey methodology 6. Computer literacy to include practical knowledge of MS programmes including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. EXPERIENCES: 1. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Social Science, Economic or Business Management 2. At least three years experience manage project or program in community development especially that is related with employment/youth empowerment/women empowerment. 3. At least three years in working experience in conducting effective baseline survey, recruitment methodology, 4. At least three years of working experience in organizing and managing training session either in or out of class method.
