The Indonesian International Education Foundation (IIEF) is anorganization which is committed to promoting the development of the Indonesianpeople through international education (http://www.iief.or.id ). Being apartner organization of the Institute of International Education (IIE), whichis a leading private institution in international education based in the UnitedStates (http://www.iie.org ),IIEF has developed expertise in four core areas: Scholarship and Fellowship Management, Capacity Development Initiatives, Services to Education, and Testing & Certification. IIEF is seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions forthe anticipated in-country and overseas scholarship program. The program willprovide services of Placement, Payment and Student Monitoring for the domestic,overseas and linkage Scholarship Recipients who come from various Indonesianministries and participating government agencies. All positions are contingent on IIEF being awarded the contract,and the sponsor's approval of the proposed candidates. 1. Team Leader The Team Leader will lead and supervise a full team responsibleof the university placement activities, scholarship and student monitoring,tuition and other related expense payments, as well as short-term trainingprograms. The Team Leader will also work very closely with all relatedstakeholders and counterparts comprising of various Indonesian ministries andgovernment agencies. The Team Leader will also oversee the U.S-based team. Minimum qualifications: · Master Degree in Education or relevant subject · Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing similarscholarship programs · Proven record of having managed similar paymentsystems · Excellent report writing skills in English · Experience on World Bank or other donor-fundedprojects preferred 2. Financial Specialist Minimum qualifications: · Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevantsubject · Minimum of 5 years of experience with budgetingsystems, payment and accounting procedures · Good oral and written communication skills inEnglish and Bahasa Indonesia · Experience on World Bank or other donor-fundedprojects preferred 3. Education Specialist Minimum qualifications: · Bachelor Degree in Education or relevant subject · Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing expertadvice on the educational aspects of similar scholarship programs withplacement of students in tertiary education, both domestic and abroad · Good oral and written communication skills inEnglish and Bahasa Indonesia · Experience on World Bank or other donor-fundedprojects preferred 4. MonitoringSpecialist Minimum qualifications: · Bachelor Degree in relevant subject · Minimum of 3 years of experience in buildingelectronic databases and managing monitoring and evaluation systems · Good oral and written communication skills inEnglish and Bahasa Indonesia · Experience on World Bank or other donor-fundedprojects preferred 5. Student MonitoringSpecialist Minimum qualifications: · Bachelor Degree in Education, Psychology or relevantsubject · Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring scholarshiprecipients/students by communicating with the students and universities/studyprograms, including identifying and solving any academic/non-academic problemsfaced by students, provide necessary recommendations, and receiving theprogress report and/or study results · Good oral and written communication skills inEnglish and Bahasa Indonesia · Experience on World Bank or other donor-fundedprojects preferred Please send your resume and cover letter to: IIEFrecruit@gmail.com .Please specify the position you apply for in the subject.
