HK Logistics Pty Ltd is an Australian registered company doing business in Indonesia through its representative office in Jakarta. We have a requirement to fill Jakarta based position. The successful candidate will need to possess a strong preference towards process driven outcomes and an extremely enquiring mind. Our office is based in Cilandak South Jakarta and works with Australian government clients. Position Description: CDSP Project Assistant Department : HKL Jakarta Section : AIFDR-CDSP & HKL LOCATION : Jakarta POSITION DETAILS: Position title : Project Assistant Reports to : Project Manager LIAISES WITH: Within Company : All Departments. Outside Company : As Directed by the CoRO/DCoRO/Projects Manager/HKL Finance Manager. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The AIFDR aims to reduce the devastating impacts of natural disasters by “strengthening national and local capacity in disaster management in Indonesia, and promoting a more disaster resilient region”. To support the program and provide emergency supplies to enable quick disaster response, AIFDR has set warehouses and procure Emergency relief items (non-food items) in accordance with BNPB priorities and logistics guidelines. The Project Assistant will be responsible for helping the Project Manager on running the program also to do some tasks on financial jobs. Duties and responsibility as Project Assistant: Project Scope: Ø Build and develop a good relationship with rojects stakeholders HKL, AIFDR, and BNPB if necessary. Ø Provide logistical support for missions and participate in missions, if required, under specific terms of reference. Ø Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals. Ø Identify and resolve issues within the project team. Ø Proactively manage changes in project activities. Ø undertaking routine tasks for the preparation team including photocopying, printing, and making travel arrangements. Finance Scope: Ø Proceed payment of some invoices Ø Input the transaction to the accounting system MYOB Ø Help to finalize the closing process of HKL Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in administration,managementor finance. * Minimum 2years' relevant experience in one or more of the areasoutlined above * Experience working with international donors or organizations preferred * Computer literate, excel, word, etc. * Interest in working with a multi-cultural, international team in adynamic and fast-paced environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and BahasaIndonesia.
