Currently, we are opening job vacancies for following positions:

A. Operational Coordinator (Job Code: OPC)
This person will manage the day-to-day operation of the webstore and office. Duties include managing shipping and communication with LAAVAA suppliers and customers. You will also work internally with a variety of departments to facilitate production, promotion and the overall success of the company.

Major responsibilities:
• Leadership/Management
o Supervise, assist and evaluate operations staff
o Motivate, promote and direct operations staff to meet goals
o Maintain open line of communication between staff and senior management
• Provides good customer service by ensuring timely availability and delivery of goods, appropriate pricing and packaging, and resolution of customer complaints
• Manages cash, controls expenses, prepares the budget and sees that it is adhered to
• Implements schedules for efficient operation of the store
• Completes paperwork
• Manages the store's records and other relevant documents
• Ensures that company policies are followed and executed

Requirements:
• Management experience
• University degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced English skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Previous work in the fashion industry is a bonus
• Knowledge of social media marketing is a bonus
• Knowledge of a third language is a bonus
• No preference for age/gender, but you must be ready to work hard!

B. Marketing Assistant (Job Code: MA)
Our fast paced office requires a confident and energetic person, who can meet tight deadlines, is self-motivated and has exceptional writing skills. You will work directly with the Marketing Supervisor and Creative Director to develop, execute and review campaigns. You will also be required to lead social media projects and analyze the impact of those campaigns.

Major responsibilities:
• Research
• Daily updating of social media platforms
• Daily media monitoring
• Writing blog posts including research, interviewing, writing and editing
• Assisting with event planning
• Providing input during campaign planning meetings
• Writing and presenting campaign progress reports

Requirements:
• University or diploma degree in any major
• Under 28 year old
• Strong written and oral skills English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Attention to detail
• Very organized
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
• Education in marketing or business is a bonus
• Experience with tumbler, wordpress or blogspot is a bonus

C. Office/Photo Assistant (Job Code: OA)
This individual will work directly with senior staff assisting with projects and doing simple administrative tasks. We need someone who listens carefully to direction and asks questions whenever necessary. They need to be a great problem solver and communicator, willing to learn new jobs all the time, and has a great attitude!

Major responsibilities:
• Assisting photographer (training will be provided)
• Assist shipping team
• Data entry
• Answer phones and take messages
• Welcome clients when they arrive at the office
• Order office supplies
• File and organize information
• Run errands
• Operate office equipment like photocopiers and scanners
• Assist other office staff as required

Requirements:
• Under 25 year old
• Previous experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Basic written and oral English language skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Professional communication and telephone skills
• Good attendance, punctuality and dependability
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Positive attitude
• Previous experience using Adobe Photoshop is a bonus!
