INFORMATION & PRODUCTION MANAGER


Work with the Director of Communications to implement the Indonesia Program communications and marketing strategy, including developing materials that target multiple stakeholders, internal and external audiences and help to ensure division- and organization-wide communication and marketing goals are achieved. Responsibilities include working with program staff to provide technical support in developing relevant reports/publications/PowerPoint presentations; fact checking communications and marketing materials; and collecting and delivering timely and compelling Indonesia Program-related content for Indonesia Program and global websites; overseeing photo libraries and other information. Other responsibilities include managing the design and production of a diverse range of publication projects and print materials in support of the Indonesia program.



Story Collection, Production and Dissemination

·  Establish and maintain a protocol across the Indonesia Program to create, collect and manage accurate and compelling stories and information.

·  Capture, document and disseminate local/national stories that illustrate the rationale and successes of the Indonesia Program (e.g. publications, videos, web stories, etc. depending on audience and objectives)

·  Develop materials for special projects and events, with primary responsibility for writing outreach materials in support of the program

·  Manage review processes as needed to ensure quality control over documents intended for internal and external audiences.

Contract Management

·  Work with outside vendors to manage production schedules and ensure timely and completion of high quality communications and marketing materials.

·  Interpret and administer organizational documentation/communication policies and procedures.

·  Ensure maintenance of a consistent visual image and writing style across all Indonesia Program materials.

Web Content

·  Develop content calendar and provide regular new and updated content to the Digital Marketing Specialist.

·  Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Indonesia Program photo, video and online resource libraries.

·  Manage Indonesia Program CONNECT page, enlisting the support of the Digital Marketing Specialist on request as needed.

·  Respond to public queries received through the Indonesia Program website, eliciting the support of program staff as needed.


Media Outreach

·  Monitor and disseminate Indonesia Program-relevant media coverage.

·  Support the Director of Communications & Marketing in conducting media relations activities on request as needed.


Organizational Communications

·  Support the Director and Deputy Director of Communications & Marketing in responding to requests from TNC’s Asia Pacific Program and Worldwide Office on request as needed.




Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communication, marketing, journalism, English, graphic design or related field and 7 to 10 years related experience or equivalent combination.
·        Proficiency in QuarkXPress, In-Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications in a Macintosh format essential.  Must be able to perform routine maintenance.
·        Strong design and production skills, thorough knowledge of the printing process and all aspects of publications production.
·        Superior editing, proofreading, oral, verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
·        Ability to work well in a team-driven environment, as well as independent assignments.
·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

SUM II

SCALING UP FOR MOST-AT-RISK POPULATION II (SUM II) is a USAID funded program that will provide targeted assistance in organizational performance required to scale-up effective, integrated HIV/AIDS interventions that lead to substantial and measurable behavior change among Most-at Risk Populations (MARPs) in targeted locations in Indonesia.  The project is managed by Training Resources Group, Inc.  The organizational performance topics include accountability, administration, advocacy, finance, governance, knowledge management, leadership, management, monitoring and evaluation, networking, partnership, policy development, resource mobilization, strategic planning and transparency.  SUM II will provide and monitor small grants to qualified civil society organizations to support the scale-up of integrated interventions in “hotspots” where there is a high concentration of one or more MARP and high-risk behavior is prevalent. 
 
SUM II is currently seeking qualified individuals with experience in HIV/AIDS and Local stakeholders issues for following position:
Regional Capacity Development Office
Location                   : Tanjung Pinang, Riau Islands 
REPORTS TO     :Regional Coordinator
 
BASIC FUNCTION        :                                     
Working with provincial and district government to provide organizational and program management capacity development in particular to CSOs/CBOs/NGOs that manage small grants provided by SUM 2, and to government units, Provincial and District KPAs, and stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION  :  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES         
1.     Work in coordination with District Government, develop district-wide package of support that contains organizational and program management capacity development, and small grants.
2.     Provide extensive technical assistance to CSOs/CBOs/NGOs that manage small grants from SUM 2 in organizational capacity development that includes leadership and management; program planning and mobilization; community management (mobilization and participation); advocacy, facilitation and training skills; proposal development; resource allocation mobilization plan; leverage funding to local government and units, and private sectors; monitoring and evaluation, and other needs that relevant to organizational performance.
3.     Ensure that small grants is well managed by the recipient CSOs.
4.     Ensure that the overall training and mentoring services is in parallel to the developed package of services and supports plan of each targeted intervention sites.
5.     Provide technical assistance to provincial and district government, KPAD, government units, stakeholders, and CSOs to enable them in the use of RNM for advocacy tool and local budget development.
6.     Work in coordination with International NGOs, HIV/AIDS project implementers, and UN Agencies at local level to address the training and mentoring services needs. 
7.     Working in collaboration with Technical Assistance Organization to improve participation of MARPs’ indigenous leaders in the implementation of COPC; and promote the reduction of stigma and discrimination by providing the most accurate information about HIV-AIDS and MARPS through social marketing, and public speaking and political statements of government officials and community and religious leaders.
8.     Train and provide regular technical assistance to the established (district level) grant committee in the implementation of grant policies and its mechanism package.
9.     Provide technical assistance to local government and KPA in the preparation and implementation of a regular coordination meeting with district government units, stakeholders, and CSOs for program updates and semi-annual review.
10.  Provide technical assistance to provincial and district KPA in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation.
11.  Provide progress report in a monthly basis.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1.     Knowledge and experience in community development and NGO sector. Public health, especially HIV/AIDS knowledge and experience preferred.
1. Excellent communication skills for advocacy, training, and facilitation.
2. Excellent report writing skills
3. Ability to provide leadership as well as work as a member of a team
4. Fluent spoken and written Indonesian and some competence in English.
 
MINIMUM RECRUITMENT STANDARDS
1. Two years experience in similar position
2. A university degree or other suitable qualification in a related field.

join the newly -developed Economic Research and Analysis Department in APINDO to undertake policy-oriented

Requirements:
* The successful candidate should have a relevant Master’s Degree or higher in Economics

2. Executive Officer for the Indonesia Services Dialogue (ISD),a newly formed policy forum of stakeholders from business, government and research, with its Secretariat located in APINDO. The ISD aims to discuss and develop policy options for stronger growth and efficiency in the services sectors in Indonesia.  The Executive Officer will work under the direction of three Coordinators from Business, Government and Research to assist them in providing a contact point for stakeholders, monitoring research on services, organizing forums and workshops and 
writing reports of meetings.

Requirements:

* A good Bachelor of Economics degree or higher in a relevant field
* Thesis or at least 3 years work experience related to the services sectors
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with high level stakeholders from business sectors, government and research
* Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

SurfAid International

SurfAid International is a nonprofit organization working for healthy and resilient communities in remote areas connected to us through surfing. With the head office in Medan, the community programs are mainly run in Mentawai and Nias. SurfAid works closely with the communities and government to improve communities' capacity on emergency preparedness and their ability to respond to health issues, including water and sanitation.
Currently we are looking for a dynamic team player to join our program in Mentawai as Health Promotion Officer. The position is under temporary contact for 5 months with possibility for extension. 

Main Responsibilities: to implement of Malaria Program activities, including to give assistance in the establishment of "Pos Malaria Desa" in target communities

Minimum Requirements: 
•Bachelor degree in Public Health, Community Development with 2 years of relevant work experience
•Familiar with issues related to malaria and community development.

Main duties and Responsibilities
* Analysing, researching, and reporting to the UK government and business on Prosperity issues in Indonesia and how they might affect UK interests. In particular on trade and investment policy, the business environment, including corruption.
* Building and maintaining excellent working level contacts with relevant government Ministries, agencies, business, and other organisations including embassies, multilateral organisations, NGOs and research organisations.
* Assisting the Head of Section and Team Economist in their influencing work to achieve Prosperity Objectives, including by identifying opportunities to advance UK Prosperity objectives through events, communications and project work.

Burung Indonesia was established on 15 July 2002, as an independent Indonesian non-government organization, after working for 10 years as the program office of BirdLife International in Indonesia. Burung Indonesia
provides opportunities for the public to take practical action to conserve birds and their habitats in Indonesia.

Burung Indonesia is recruiting a young and dynamic person for Knowledge Development Officer position with the following qualifications:

. Working knowledge on conservation and sustainable development issues;

Tasks:

. Working with the Communication team and other relevant staff to ensure accurate information in publications and other materials; 

. Travel to working sites to support documentation, development and dissemination of lessons learned and best practices. 

Education and Experience

. A university degree in environment or related subjects and a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
